C-F-S Executive Programs are designed to give you a clear career advantage. Our programs are based on a strategic approach that will uncover your unique selling points to ensure you achieve your desired career goal.

The strategy is individually designed with you, for you, to ensure it is in sync with your career and personal goals. This ensures that you are in control of your career advancement.

You will be partnered with an experienced Senior Executive Consultant, who has had exposure to your type of career, and is able to provide practical executive mentoring and coaching based on real life experiences. Their role is to work with you as your personal trainer, without a time limit, to develop and guide you through to a suitable outcome as seamlessly as possible.

In a complimentary initial session with your Consultant, you can determine the most suitable program level and cost for you.

Through the program, your Consultant will lead you through a sophisticated Career Assessment and Planning process that will help you understand your past and present career, future aspirations and uncover your personal and career attributes.

This will form the foundation to confidently build you into the product that you want to be or to make a paradigm change in your thinking to allow you to move in new directions such as starting your own business or consultancy.

You will continue work in partnership with your Consultant throughout your job search or career transition through private, one-on-one mentoring and coaching sessions, supported by a range of comprehensive client services included in your program. Particular emphasis will be placed on the following areas:

• Developing your marketing campaign and selling yourself effectively
• Accessing the hidden job market, which accounts for around 80% of professional and management level positions
• Networking to expose you to decision-makers in your targeted industries

After you obtain a suitable outcome that is commensurate with your career aspirations, your Senior Executive Consultant will be available to you as and when required for the remainder of your career.
