Client Services
Our range of client services incorporated in our programs is wide and varied. Self-Marketing Campaigns
The journey you are taking in your career transition is simply a step from A (where you are now) to B (where you potentially want to go). It is driven very much by a marketing exercise, requiring a coordinated campaign. We will assist you by developing effective and coordinated marketing material such as resume(s), marketing letters, follow-up marketing documents, invitations to high level networking functions, videoing sessions to improve your interview "success ratio" through in-depth discussion of your career achievements relative to where you wish to head.
We will coach you in the art of selling yourself effectively and will prepare you for your most important interviews, minimising your chances of selling yourself short. This is often done with role plays in front of a video camera.
Access to Hidden Job Market
We place a strong emphasis on assisting you to access the "hidden job market", which accounts for around 80% of all professional and management level positions (Australian Bureau of Statistics). We will work closely with you to develop a structured and targeted approach to the hidden job market and will help you develop the confidence to implement your sophisticated marketing and networking strategy.
We also focus on the many other channels available to our clients - the important recruiter, search and headhunter channels are areas our Senior Executive Consultants are very familiar with. We provide a range of unique tools to assist our clients to penetrate these channels and are often approached directly to recommend suitable candidates for specific roles.

Executive Assistance and Office Facilities
To assist you in your transition phase, the following facilities and executive services are available for your use:-
- Meeting rooms, offices and workstations with a computer, internet connection and executive secretarial services are available to you for your transition phase.
- Online storage of any confidential material such as your Personal Marketing Portfolio which will consist of a Resume, profile and a series of strategic marketing communications to attract the attention of the right people.
- Follow up letters and any other communication will be prepared as and when required by an Executive Assistant. Your anonymity will always be protected for as long as you wish.
- Training and assistance in the most commonly used computer programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) if necessary.
Psychometric Testing
Executive level psychometric assessments and tools such as the ESP™ and Insight Matters® are available to you. These are people asset management technologies that uniquely identify your suitability to a selection of roles and highlight any high performance irregularities such as people decisions, productivity, and performance issues to identify your personal assets. These assessments can be undertaken if you wish and your Senior Executive Consultant will provide you a confidential report and personality profile in an evaluation meeting with you or our specialist.
Selection Criteria Advisory Service
This is available to those applying for a position within the public service (State or Federal Government). As part of the selection process we assist you in the vital exercise of addressing the specified Selection Criteria.
Further Education
Often our director clients have a need for improving their knowledge of Corporate Governance or Australian Company Tax, C-F-S Executive does have knowledge of what is available, how much and where it can be found.
